New exhibition – Dangerous animals

The new exhibition Dangerous Animals is now open. Come and learn about some of the world’s most dangerous animals. You will for example learn about large animals such as hippopotamuses and crocodiles as well as small animals such as mosquitoes and parasites. You can follow us down under the ocean surface where some of the world’s most venomous creatures live. You will for example meet pufferfish and sharks.

The Butterfly House Haga Ocean includes one of Scandinavia’s largest shark aquariums. Large and small reef sharks as well as numerous exotic, colourful fish swim together in the 30 meter long aquarium that holds 1.2 million liters of water.

Some weekends and school holidays, our very own zoologist, Owe Sandström, will entertain you with thrilling stories about sharks and marine life.

Dates for next presentation:
14, 15 January
Time: 11.30, 12.30, 13.30, 14.30

The Butterfly House is open every day, all year round.
