New exhibition – Dangerous animals
We are opening our new exhibition Dangerous Animals on June 25th. Come and learn about some of the world’s most dangerous animals. You will for example learn about large animals such as hippopotamuses and crocodiles as well as small animals such as mosquitoes and parasites. You can follow us down under the ocean surface where some of the world’s most venomous creatures live. You will for example meet pufferfish, lionfish and sharks.
The Butterfly House Haga Ocean includes one of Scandinavia’s largest shark aquariums. Large and small reef sharks as well as numerous exotic, colourful fish swim together in the 30 meter long aquarium that holds 1.2 million liters of water.
Some weekends and school holidays, our very own zoologist, Owe Sandström, will entertain you with thrilling stories about sharks and marine life.
